Joel Anthony (C, Boston Celtics), Canada

Height: 2.06 m, 6-foot-9 | Weight: 111 kg, 245 pounds | 9 August, 1982

50 – Not only Joel Anthony's jersey number, but also the temperature difference (in Fahrenheit) between Miami and Boston when he was traded in January 2014.

Anthony began the season as a backup center in Miami after winning two championships with the Heat in 2011-12 and 2012-13. However, traded to the Celtics mid-season he found himself playing against the Miami Heat in his Celtics debut. As a seven-year veteran, he bolstered the inexperienced Celtics and served as a mentor for a young Boston team.

Anthony's teammates laud his defensive skills, and hope he brings some of the Heat's championship mentality to the rebuilding Celtics. If he can, that should warm up Boston a few degrees next winter.
