Joel Anthony Rejoins Detroit - 5:30 p.m.
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – The Detroit Pistons announced today that the team has re-signed center Joel Anthony to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Anthony, 32, appeared in 49 games (no starts) and averaged 1.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.2 steals and 1.0 blocks in 8.3 minutes per game. He scored a season-high 10 points at Utah (3/14), grabbed season-high seven rebounds at Charlotte (4/1) and scored the 1,000th point of his career at Orlando (3/27). The 6-foot-9, 245-pound center recorded a season-high two steals twice [at Milwaukee (1/24) and at Charlotte (4/1)] and blocked a season-high four shots six times [at Orlando (12/30), at Philadelphia (3/18), vs. Chicago (3/21), at Orlando (3/27), vs. Atlanta (3/31) and at Charlotte (4/1)]. Anthony was acquired from Boston in an offseason trade that sent Will Bynum to the Celtics.
Anthony has averaged 2.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 15.1 minutes in 452 career games (110 starts) with Miami, Boston and Detroit. Undrafted out of the University of Las Vegas Nevada, Anthony has averaged a career-high of 3.9 rebounds per game twice (2007-08 and 2011-12). He averaged a career-high 3.5 points per game during his rookie season with Miami. Anthony is a career 50% shooter from the field and played a career-high 80 games during the 2009-10 season. He was a member of the HEAT's 2012 and 2013 NBA Championship teams.
Pistons Officially Bring Back Reggie Jackson - 5:30 p.m.
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – The Detroit Pistons announced today that the team has re-signed guard Reggie Jackson to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
"We're pleased to have reached an agreement with Reggie Jackson that will keep him with the organization for multiple years," said Stan Van Gundy, Head Coach and President of Basketball Operations for the Detroit Pistons. "Reggie is a team-first type player who developed great chemistry with our core players following his midseason acquisition. We feel he has a tremendous future ahead of him and he'll be a major contributor to our team moving forward."
Jackson, 24, appeared in 77 games (40 starts) with Oklahoma City and Detroit last season averaging career highs in points (14.5 ppg), rebounds (4.2 rpg), assists (6.0 apg) and minutes (29.5 mpg). He posted 17.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 9.2 assists and 32.2 minutes in 27 games with Detroit, including an 11-game stretch from March 17 through April 4 where he averaged 20.6 points (.494 FG, .417 3FG), 10.8 assists and 5.7 rebounds while leading the club to a 7-4 record. Among NBA league leaders, the 6-foot-3, 208-pound guard ranked 18th in assists per game (6.0) and T37th in free-throw percentage (.830).
The former Boston College product became the first Pistons player since Grant Hill in 1997-98 to record multiple triple-doubles in a season, recording his first career triple-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists at Philadelphia (3/18). Jackson picked up his second career triple-double at Orlando (3/27) with 26 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. He also recorded his first 20/20 game, recording 23 points and career-high 20 assists vs. Memphis (3/17) while becoming the first player since Mark Jackson in 1997 to record a 20/20 game and a triple-double in back-to-back games. Jackson became the fifth player in franchise history to record 20-plus assists (Kevin Porter, Isiah Thomas, Will Bynum, Brandon Jennings) and teamed with Jennings to become the first teammate duo in NBA history to record multiple 20-plus point and 20-plus assist performances in the same season.
Drafted by the Thunder with the 24th overall selection in the first round of the 2011 NBA Draft, Jackson averaged 13.1 points, 4.1 assists and 3.9 rebounds off the bench during the 2013-14 season. Prior to being inserted into the starting line-up at Charlotte (12/27/13), Jackson was the only player in the NBA to come off the bench and average 12-plus points, three-plus rebounds and three-plus assists. In 30 career playoff games with Oklahoma City, Jackson has averages of 12.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 30.0 minutes per game.

Spurs Officially Re-Sign Manu Ginobili - 20 July, 1:00 p.m.
GUARD ENTERS HIS 14TH SEASON WITH THE SILVER AND BLACK
SAN ANTONIO (July 20, 2015) – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have re-signed guard Manu Ginobili. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
The upcoming season will mark Ginobili's 14th campaign with the Silver and Black. Over the course of his NBA career, he has appeared in 865 games, averaging 14.3 points, 4.0 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.39 steals in 26.7 minutes. He has shot .450 (4,015-8,925) percent from the field, .368 (1,272-3,457) from three-point range and .827 (3,093-3,739) from the charity stripe.
Ginobili, who was drafted by San Antonio with the 57th overall pick in the second round of the 1999 NBA Draft, is the Spurs all-time NBA leader in three-pointers made (1,272), second in steals (1,201), fourth in games played (865) and free-throws made (3,093) and fifth in total points (12,395) and assists (3,478). He has twice been named to the All-NBA Third Team (2008, 2011). The 2008 NBA Sixth Man of the Year and two-time All-Star (2008, 11), Ginobili currently owns the best winning percentage of any active player in the NBA (.723, 625-240).
The four-time NBA champion has appeared in 187 career playoff games, averaging 15.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.40 steals in 29.4 minutes. Last postseason, he passed Michael Jordan for 11th all-time in postseason wins (120). That total gives Ginobili, along with teammates Tim Duncan and Tony Parker, the most playoff victories by a trio in NBA postseason history. The trio has also set an NBA record for most regular-season games played together (730) and is second all-time in league history for its 539 shared victories.
The Argentina native is one of only eight players in NBA postseason history (Kobe Bryant, Scottie Pippen, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, LeBron James, Clyde Drexler) with at least 2,500 points (2,836), 750 rebounds (793), 700 assists (747) and 250 steals (261) in the playoffs.
Ginobili has been a member of the Argentinian National Team since 1998. He led his home country to the Gold Medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, becoming one of only two players to have won a Euroleague title, an NBA championship and an Olympic gold medal (Bill Bradley). In 2010 he was awarded the Diamond Konex Award, given to the most important sportsman of the decade in Argentina.
Pelicans Bring Back Luke Babbitt - 12:15 p.m.

NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Pelicans today announced that the team has re-signed free agent forward Luke Babbitt. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In 2014-15, Babbitt, 6-9, 225, appeared in 63 games (19 starts) for New Orleans, averaging 4.1 points, while shooting .513 from three-point range, and 1.8 rebounds in 13.2 minutes per contest. Babbitt originally signed with the Pelicans as an unrestricted free agent on February 4, 2014. In 90 career games with the Pelicans, Babbitt has averaged 4.7 points while shooting .452 from three-point range, and 2.2 rebounds.
Originally drafted by Minnesota with the 16th overall selection in the 2010 NBA Draft out of Nevada, Babbitt has played in 216 career NBA games with Portland and New Orleans, holding averages of 4.2 points and 2.1 rebounds.
Suns Officially Re-Sign Brandon Knight - 17 July, 8:30 p.m.
PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns have re-signed guard Brandon Knight to a multi-year contract, the team announced today.
"We are delighted to have reached a multi-year agreement with Brandon," said President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby. "He will be an integral member of our team on the court and will enhance our culture with his leadership and professionalism."
Knight appeared in 63 games last season, including 11 games with the Suns after being acquired from the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb. 19, posting 17.0 points per game with his shooting marks of 42.2 percent from the field, 38.9 percent from three-point range and 87.4 percent from the free-throw line each representing career bests. He also averaged career-highs of 5.2 assists, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 steals. At just 23 years of age, Knight was the second-youngest qualified player in the NBA to average at least 15 points and five assists in 2014-15 with only Cleveland's Kyrie Irving being younger.
Finishing in the top-30 on the league leaderboard in scoring average, assists per game, steals per game, three-point percentage and free-throw percentage, Knight joined Golden State's Stephen Curry, the Los Angeles Clippers' Chris Paul and Irving as the only four players to rank in the top-30 in each category in 2014-15. Knight scored 20-plus points on 25 occasions last season, including a season-high 34 points vs. Charlotte on Dec. 23 while with Milwaukee and 28 points in a Suns win at Orlando on March 4.
A four-year NBA veteran, the 6-3 guard with a 6-7 wingspan holds career averages of 15.2 points (41.7 FG%, 36.5 3FG%, 79.6 FT%), 4.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 32.4 minutes in 276 games (265 starts) with Detroit (2011-13), Milwaukee (2013-15) and the Suns. Knight earned 2011-12 NBA All-Rookie First Team honors following his first season with the Pistons and twice played in the Rising Stars Challenge at NBA All-Star Weekend in 2012 and 2013.
Knight was originally selected with eighth overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft by Detroit following one season at the University of Kentucky in 2010-11. While at Kentucky, the South Florida native earned All-SEC Second Team honors after setting school freshman records in scoring and three-point field goals made. Knight was named the NCAA East Region Most Outstanding Player after leading the Wildcats to the Final Four for the first time since 1998, ending the longest Final Four drought in the prestigious program's history.
Phoenix Adds Mirza Teletovic, Continues Busy Summer Of Signings - 17 July, 5:00 p.m.
PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns have signed forward Mirza Teletovic (pronounced MEER-za Tel-LET-O-Vich), guard/forward Sonny Weems and guard Ronnie Price.
"We have followed Mirza Teletovic's career for a long time and we are excited to have him wear a Suns uniform," said General Manager Ryan McDonough. "Mirza is one of the best shooting big men in the world and we think his skill set will be a great fit for our style of play."
"Sonny Weems has been one of the best players outside of the NBA over the past few years," added McDonough. "We've seen him dominate high-level competition at both ends of the floor and we think his versatility and experience help solidify our wing rotation."

The 6-9, 242-pound Teletovic is a three-year NBA veteran who owns career averages of 7.0 points and 3.4 rebounds in 165 career games. Teletovic has played all three NBA seasons with the Brooklyn Nets and had his best statistical campaign in 2014-15 when he averaged a career-high 8.5 points, a career-best 4.9 rebounds and a career-high 1.2 assists in 40 games before being diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolous (multiple blood clots in the lungs) on Jan. 23. He was cleared to resume all basketball-related activities on April 17.
The native of Bosnia is a career 40.1 percent shooter from the floor, including 36.2 percent from three-point range, whose 7.0-point career average has come on 6.3 field goal attempts per game.
Prior to joining the Nets on July 16, 2012, Teletovic played six of his 10 professional seasons overseas with Caja Laboral Baskonia (2006-12) of the Spanish ACB League. With Caja Laboral Baskonia, he won the 2007-08 and 2009-10 Spanish National Championship and averaged 12.4 points (45.1 FG%, 40.5 3FG%), 4.3 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 blocks in 120 Euroleague games.
Weems, a native of West Memphis, Ark., has been a standout the past three seasons with CSKA Moscow of the Euroleague and Russia's top national league, the VTB United League. An All-Euroleague First Team selection in 2013-14, Weems averaged 13.0 points (44.6 FG%, 36.9 3FG%, 78.7 FT%), 3.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 0.9 steals and 28.1 minutes in 83 Euroleague games over his three seasons with CSKA. Weems also played 83 VTB United League games with CSKA, averaging 11.2 points (45.7 FG%, 41.4 3FG%, 71.1 FT%), 2.9 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 24.8 minutes.
The athletic 6-6, 205-pound wing is a three-year NBA veteran who last played with the Toronto Raptors during the 2010-11 season when he averaged a career-high 9.2 points on 44.4 percent shooting in 59 games (28 starts). The 29-year-old also played with the Raptors in 2009-10 after spending his rookie season with the Denver Nuggets in 2008-09. For his NBA career, Weems has averaged 7.7 points on 47.4 percent shooting, 2.5 rebounds and 20.3 minutes in 140 games (47 starts).
A second-round selection (39th overall) by the Chicago Bulls in the 2008 NBA Draft, Weems earned All-SEC First Team honors as a senior at the University of Arkansas in 2007-08 after averaging a team-best 15.0 points for the Razorbacks.
The 6-2, 190-pound Price is a 10-year NBA veteran who owns career averages of 3.6 points, 1.7 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 468 games. The 32-year-old guard previously signed with the Suns on Dec. 13, 2011 and averaged 3.6 points, 1.9 assists and 1.6 rebounds in 36 games. In total, he has played for six NBA teams, the Sacramento Kings (2005-07), Utah Jazz (2007-11), Suns (2011-12), Portland Trail Blazers (2012-13), Orlando Magic (2013-14) and most recently with the Los Angeles Lakers (2014-15). Price's best statistical season came in 2014-15 with the Lakers when he averaged a career-high 5.1 points, career-best 3.8 assists and a career-high tying 1.6 rebounds in 43 games.
Undrafted out of college, Price was a four-year performer at Utah Valley State College (now Utah Valley University) and the first player to enter the NBA directly from that school, the second in the league overall (Travis Hansen, 2003-04).
The Suns have waived guard Jerel McNeal. McNeal played in six games with the Suns in 2014-15, totaling nine points in 36 minutes after initially signing with the team on April 1.
Spurs Announce Signing Of David West - 17 July, 1:30 p.m.
SAN ANTONIO (July 17, 2015) - The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have signed forward David West. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
West, 6-9/240, joins the Spurs after spending the past four seasons with the Indiana Pacers. Last season he appeared in 66 games, averaging 11.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 28.7 minutes while shooting .471 (323-686) from the field and .739 (119-161) from the foul line. In Indiana, West appeared in 285 total games, averaging 14.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 30.6 minutes while shooting .487 (1,632-3,350) from the field and .776 (701-903) from the charity stripe.
A 12-year NBA veteran, West was originally drafted by the New Orleans Hornets with the 18th overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. He spent eight seasons (2003-11) in New Orleans where he was named an All-Star in 2007 and 2008. The New Jersey native appeared in 530 total games for the Hornets, averaging 16.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 32.4 minutes.
For his career, West has appeared in 815 NBA games, averaging 15.5 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 31.8 minutes while shooting .489 (5,108-10,441) from the field and .820 (2,405-2,933) from the foul line. The former Xavier Musketeer has seen action in 73 playoff games, averaging 15.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 35.2 minutes.
Bargnani Stays In NY, Signs With Nets - 17 July, 12:00 p.m.
Brooklyn, NY – The Brooklyn Nets have signed forward/center Andrea Bargnani, General Manager Billy King announced today. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.
"Andrea will give us the ability to space the floor and complement our other front court players," said King.
Bargnani (7'0", 245) has appeared in 504 games (377 starts) in nine seasons with the Toronto Raptors (2006-13) and New York Knicks (2013-15), recording averages of 15.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 30.1 minutes per game. He's shot .438 from the field, including .346 from three-point range, and .824 from the free throw line. Bargnani has also appeared in 11 career postseason games (eight starts), posting averages of 8.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in 25.9 minutes per game. During the 2014-15 season, the 29-year-old Bargnani appeared in 29 games (22 starts) with the Knicks, averaging 14.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 27.1 minutes per game.
Originally selected with the first pick in the 2006 NBA Draft by Toronto, the native of Rome, Italy earned All-Rookie First Team honors after averaging 11.6 points and 3.9 rebounds in 25.1 minutes per game in 65 games (two starts) during the 2006-07 season. Prior to entering the NBA Draft, Bargnani played professionally for four years in Italy with Stella Azzurra Roma in Serie B (2002-03) and Benetton Treviso in Serie A (2003-06). In his final season in Italy, Bargnani led Benetton Treviso to the 2006 Serie A championship.
J-Smoove Off To L.A., Signs With Clippers - 16 July, 9:30 p.m.
The L.A. Clippers announced today the team has signed forward Josh Smith.
An 11-year NBA veteran, Smith joins the Clippers after playing in a total of 83 regular season games last season with the Houston Rockets (55 games) and the Detroit Pistons (28 games), averaging 12.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 blocks in 27.7 minutes.
The youngest player in NBA history to record 1,000 career blocks, Smith, 29, is just the 25th player in NBA history (seventh active player) to tally over 10,000 points, 5,000 rebounds, 2,000 assists and 1,000 blocked shots.
Originally selected by the Atlanta Hawks with the 17th pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, Smith has appeared in 836 career regular season games with Atlanta, Detroit and Houston and owns career averages of 15.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.0 blocks in 33.6 minutes. Smith is the only player in NBA history with career averages of at least 15.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.0 steals per game.
A member of the 2009-10 NBA All-Defensive Second Team and 2004-05 All-Rookie Second Team, Smith has twice been named NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week and also finished second in the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year voting in 2010-11.
The Georgia native won the 2005 NBA Slam Dunk Contest and has made 69 career Playoff appearances, averaging 15.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 32.9 minutes during the postseason.
Smith was a 2004 McDonald's All-American and drafted by the Hawks after his senior year of high school at Oak Hill Academy in Virginia.
Spurs One Step Closer To Full Form With Official Signing Of Kawhi Leonard - 16 July, 5:00 p.m.
SAN ANTONIO (July 16, 2015) – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have re-signed forward Kawhi Leonard. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
Leonard, who led the league in steals last season, was named the 2015 NBA Defensive Player of the Year. He joins Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon as the only players to win both a Defensive Player of the Year award and a Finals MVP. In his four year NBA career, he has twice been named to the league's All-Defensive Team (First Team in 2014-15 and Second Team in 2013-14). Additionally, he was named to the NBA's All-Rookie First Team in 2011-12. Last season Leonard posted multiple career-highs, averaging 16.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.31 steals and 31.8 minutes in 64 games, while shooting .479 (394-822) from the field, .349 (67-192) from downtown and .802 (202-252) from the foul line. He scored in double-figures 55 times, including a career-best 21 games with 20-or-more points. Leonard was one of just two players in the NBA to average at least 16.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.00 steals (Russell Westbrook).
For his career with the Silver and Black, Leonard has appeared in 252 contests, averaging 12.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.76 steals in 29.0 minutes.
In the postseason, the California native has appeared in 65 games, averaging 13.5 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.55 steals in 32.9 minutes. He won 41 playoff games in 58 appearances before his 23rd birthday, which ranks second all-time behind Kobe Bryant (42 wins). After averaging 17.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.60 steals in five games, Leonard was named the 2014 NBA Finals MVP after a 4-1 series win over Miami, becoming the third-youngest player to ever win the award.
The 15th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, Leonard was obtained by the Spurs in a draft-night deal with the Indiana Pacers. He played collegiately at San Diego State University from 2009-11.
Spurs Re-Sign Matt Bonner - 15 July, 4:30 p.m.
SAN ANTONIO (July 15, 2015) – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have re-signed forward Matt Bonner. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bonner has spent the past nine seasons in San Antonio, the longest tenured player with the Silver and Black outside of Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili. The 6-10 forward has appeared in 602 games with the Spurs, averaging 5.6 points and 2.9 rebounds in 16.4 minutes while shooting .455 (1,264-2,781) from the field, .412 (641-1,554) from three-point range and .765 (215-281) from the foul line. Among Spurs all-time NBA leaders, Bonner ranks third in three-pointers made, sixth in three-point field goal percentage and ninth in games played. During the 2010-11 season he led the NBA in three-point shooting with a .457 (105-230) mark from beyond the arc. Bonner has appeared in 94 playoff games for the Silver and Black, averaging 2.8 points and 1.7 rebounds in 11.0 minutes.
An 11-year NBA veteran, Bonner was originally drafted by the Chicago Bulls with the 45th overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. His draft rights were traded to the Toronto Raptors where he spent his first two NBA seasons. For his career, the New Hampshire native has appeared in 762 NBA games, averaging 6.0 points and 3.1 rebounds 17.2 minutes while shooting .463 (1,720-3,711) from the field, .414 (782-1,889) from three-point territory and .780 (334-428) from the foul line. Among active players he ranks eighth in three-point field goal percentage.
Raptors Officially Sign Luis Scola - 15 July, 10:30 a.m.
The Toronto Raptors announced Wednesday they have signed free-agent forward Luis Scola to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "Luis is an accomplished NBA and international player. We are thrilled to add his experience and leadership to our team and our locker room," said Raptors President and General Manager Masai Ujiri. "Luis is a winner wherever he goes."
Scola, 6-foot-9, 240 pounds, averaged 9.4 points and 6.5 rebounds in 81 games with Indiana last season. The eight-year NBA veteran holds career averages of 12.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 26.8 minutes with Houston (2007-12), Phoenix (2012-13) and Indiana (2013-15). Scola has appeared in 631 of a possible 640 regular season games (428 starts) and completed six seasons without missing a game. He also holds a career-best streak of 311 consecutive games played (Oct. 30, 2007 - Mar. 7, 2011).
Scola was drafted 56th overall by San Antonio at the 2002 NBA Draft, but did not make his NBA debut until the 2007-08 season after his draft rights were traded to Houston. He averaged 10.3 points, 6.4 rebounds and had a .515 field goal shooting percentage during his rookie campaign, which earned him NBA All-Rookie First Team honours. During the next three seasons (2008-11) Scola was one of six players in the NBA to average at least 12.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and shoot .500+ from the field each year, joining Tim Duncan, Pau Gasol, Dwight Howard, David Lee and Amar'e Stoudemire. Scola posted a career-best 18.3 points in 2010-11 and 8.8 rebounds in 2008-09 with Houston. He also led the Rockets in 2009-10 with a career-high 32 double-doubles. Through 37 playoff games with Houston and Indiana, Scola has averaged 10.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 32.9 minutes.
On the international stage Scola is one of the most decorated players in the game today. He is a three-time Olympian for Argentina, earning a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens while averaging a team-high 17.6 points and 5.0 rebounds. Scola helped Argentina earn bronze at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing by averaging a team-high 18.0 points. While hosting the 2011 FIBA Americas Championship, Scola averaged a tournament-best 21.4 points for Argentina and was named MVP. Scola was part of two gold medal winning teams at the FIBA Americas Championship (2001 and 2011).

He was named the MVP of the Spanish League in 2004-05 and 2006-07 and Rookie of the Year in 2000. While at Tau Ceramica he was teammates with Raptors' all-time assists leader Jose Calderon (2002-05).
Spurs Officially Bring Danny Green Back To Mix - 6:30 p.m.
SAN ANTONIO (July 14, 2015) – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have re-signed guard Danny Green. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not announced.
Last season, the New York native appeared in 81 games, averaging career-bests with 11.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.25 steals and 1.07 blocks in 28.5 minutes while shooting .436 (322-738) from the field, .418 (191-457) from downtown and a career-best .874 (111-127) from the free throw line. Green ranked seventh in the NBA in three-point field goal percentage and eighth in makes while also leading all NBA guards in blocks per game. He was the only guard in the NBA to average at least one steal (1.25) and one block (1.07) per game. His 191 three-pointers made in 2014-15 set a Spurs franchise record for most in a single season.
A six-year NBA veteran, Green originally joined the Spurs as a free agent on March 6, 2011 and re-signed with the Silver and Black on July 11, 2012. In his five seasons with the Spurs, the former North Carolina Tar Heel has appeared in 303 total games, averaging 10.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.05 steals in 25.7 minutes while shooting .440 (1,065-2,418) from the field, .423 (609-1,441) from beyond the arc and .832 (307-369) from the foul line. Among Spurs all-time leaders Green ranks fourth in three-pointers made (609) and fourth in three-point field goal percentage (.423). Last season he became the fastest Spurs player to reach 500 three-pointers made in a career.
Green was originally drafted with the 46th pick of the 2009 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. For his career, he has appeared in 323 NBA games, averaging 9.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.00 steals in 24.4 minutes, while shooting .440 (1,080-2,457) from the field, .420 (615-1,463) from three-point territory and .829 (311-375) from the foul line. His career .420 shooting percentage from beyond the arc ranks sixth in the NBA among active players and currently ranks 12th in NBA history.
Green has seen action in 69 career playoff games, averaging 8.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.00 blocks in 24.6 minutes. During the 2013 Finals he set an NBA record for three-pointers made in an NBA Finals series of any length, connecting on 27-of-49 (.551) treys. Green is one of seven active players to have won an NCAA Championship and an NBA Championship (Brandon Rush, Mario Chalmers, Corey Brewer, Marreese Speights, Jason Terry and Nazr Mohammad).

In 82 games (21 starts) with the Bulls last season, Brooks (6-0, 161) averaged 11.6 ppg, 3.2 apg, 2.0 rpg and 0.66 spg in 23.0 mpg. He also posted shooting averages of .421 from the field, .387 (23rd in the NBA) from downtown and .833 from the line. In his 21 starting assignments, he posted 14.1 ppg, 4.4 apg and 2.5 rpg in 30.9 mpg.
A seven-year veteran of the NBA, Brooks came to Chicago in 2014 after splitting the 2013-14 campaign with the Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets. Drafted out of Oregon in the first round of the 2007 NBA Draft (26th overall) by the Houston Rockets, Brooks has played with the Rockets (2007-11, 2012-13, 2013-14) and Denver Nuggets (2013-14), as well as the Phoenix Suns (2010-11) and Sacramento Kings (2012-13).
A native of Seattle, the 30-year old Brooks has played in 479 regular season games (182 starts) and posted averages of 11.2 ppg, 3.3 apg and 1.9 rpg in 23.9 mpg. He holds career shooting averages of .415 field goal shooting, .371 three-point shooting and .845 from the line. In 37 playoff appearances, he has averaged 8.8 ppg, 1.9 apg, 1.8 rpg, 18.7 mpg, shot .410 from the field, .330 from downtown and .768 from the line.

Dunleavy (6-9, 230), a 13-year NBA veteran, has appeared in 145 games (124 starts) the last two seasons with Chicago and averaged 10.5 ppg, 4.1 rpg, 2.1 apg and 0.71 spg in 30.5 mpg. He has also shot .432 from the field, .392 from downtown and .837 from the line.
In addition to his stint with the Bulls, the 34-year old Dunleavy has also played for the Milwaukee Bucks (2011-13), Indiana Pacers (2007-11) and the Golden State Warriors (2002-07). In 902 career games (553 starts), Dunleavy has posted averages of 11.7 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 2.3 apg and 0.76 spg in 28.6 mpg. He holds career shooting averages of .442 from the field, .376 from behind the arc and .804 from the line. For his career, he ranks 49th in NBA history with 1,212 three-point field goals made.
Originally selected by the Golden State Warriors in the first round (third overall) of the 2002 NBA Draft, Dunleavy's teams have advanced to the postseason four times. Last season, Gasol (7-1, 255) averaged a career-high 17.4 points on 49.4 percent shooting, 7.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.62 blocks in 33.2 minutes in 81 games (all starts), guiding Memphis to 55 wins and a fifth consecutive appearance in the NBA Playoffs. The L.A. Clippers announced today the signing of 10-time NBA All-Star forward Paul Pierce.
Pierce, 37, joins the Clippers after spending the 2014-15 season with the Washington Wizards, where he averaged 11.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 73 games (all starts). The 17-year NBA veteran holds career averages of 20.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 1,250 games (1,240 starts) with the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets and Wizards and is currently ranked 16th in NBA history with 25,899 total points scored.
A former star at Inglewood High School in Los Angeles, Pierce led the Celtics to the 2008 NBA Championship and was named NBA Finals MVP. He has appeared in 158 career playoff games, averaging 20.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists.
The 6-foot-7 forward has enjoyed a decorated career as a member of the 2009 All-NBA Second Team and three selections to the All-NBA Third Team (2002, 2003, 2008). Pierce was also named to the 1999 NBA All-Rookie First Team and was the NBA 3-Point Shootout Winner in 2010.
Originally drafted with the 10th overall pick in the 1998 NBA Draft out of the University of Kansas, Pierce earned MVP honors in the Big 12 Conference Tournament in both 1997 and 1998 for the Jayhawks. He spent three years at Kansas, averaging 16.4 points and 6.3 rebounds. His #34 is retired at Kansas.

The Utah Jazz look to continue their promising rebuild with the re-signing of their Australian sensation.
SALT LAKE CITY (July 10, 2015) – The Utah Jazz announced today the team has re-signed forward Joe Ingles to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, financial terms were not released.
Ingles (6-8, 216, Australia) appeared in 79 games (32 starts) for the Jazz in 2014-15, averaging 5.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 21.2 minutes in his first NBA season. A veteran of international play, Ingles ranked sixth among qualified rookies in assists with 2.3 per game and fifth in steals with 0.9 per game. He scored in double figures 16 times and handed out five-or-more assists 10 times, leading the team in assists on 11 occasions. Post All-Star break, Ingles connected on 42.7 percent of his three-point shots (38-of-89), marking the third-best percentage among NBA rookies.
The 27-year-old forward has played professionally since the age of 18, beginning his career with the South Dragons of Australia's National Basketball League (2006-09). He has also played for CB Granada in Spain (2009-10), three seasons for FC Barcelona (2010-13) of the Liga ACB, and spent the 2013-14 season with Maccabi Tel Aviv of the Israeli Premier League, where he helped Maccabi to win the Euroleague Championship. The native of Happy Valley, South Australia, has also been a member of the Australian National Team since 2008, representing the Boomers in both the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.
Ingles originally joined the Jazz after being claimed off waivers from the Los Angeles Clippers on Oct. 27, 2014.

Ellington (6'4", 200) has appeared in 377 career games (71 starts) with Minnesota (2009-12), Memphis (2012-13), Cleveland (2013), Dallas (2013-14) and the Los Angeles Lakers (2014-15), posting averages of 7.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 19.3 minutes per game while shooting .416 from the field and .382 from three-point range. In 2014-15 with the Lakers, Ellington appeared in 65 games, averaging 10.0 points per game and recording single-season career-highs for starts (36), rebounds per game (3.2) and assists per game (1.6) in 25.8 minutes per game. He has also seen action in two career postseason games, both with Dallas during the 2013-14 season.
A native of Wynnewood, PA, the 27-year-old Ellington was originally selected with the 28th pick of the 2009 NBA Draft by Minnesota after spending three years at North Carolina. At UNC, Ellington registered career averages of 14.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 115 games. In his third and final season, Ellington averaged 15.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game and helped the Tar Heels capture the 2009 National Championship. He was named the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player.

James, a four-time MVP and 11-time NBA All-Star, appeared in 69 regular season games (all starts) for the Cavaliers in 2014-15 with averages of 25.3 points (3rd in NBA) on .488 shooting from the field, 6.0 rebounds, 7.4 assists (7th in NBA) and 1.6 steals in 36.1 minutes. It was James' 11th consecutive season averaging at least 25.0 points per game, which is tied with Karl Malone (1987-88 to 1997-98) and Jerry West (1961-62 to 1971-72) for the most consecutive seasons averaging at least 25.0 points in NBA history (min. 30 games). James earned All-NBA First Team honors and was also the Kia NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month twice in 2014-15 (February and March), as well as the Player of the Week three times (week ending Nov. 16, Nov. 30 & Jan. 25).
James was one of only three players in the NBA to tally 1,700 points, 500 assists, 400 rebounds and 100 steals (James Harden, Russell Westbrook). The Celtics needed a reliable big man, and they ended up with one of the best on the market, signing former Raptors post protector Amir Johnson on Thursday.

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday they have acquired a future Second Round draft pick from the L.A. Lakers in exchange for Roy Hibbert.
"I'd like to thank Roy for all his contributions during his time in Indiana," said Pacers President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird. "He was a two-time NBA All-Star, and we appreciate everything he did for our franchise both on and off the court."
Hibbert, a 7-2, 275-pound center out of Georgetown, was drafted by the Toronto Raptors with the 17th overall pick of the 2008 NBA Draft and then traded to the Pacers in July 2008. He played seven seasons for the Pacers and has career averages of 11.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game. He was named to the NBA All-Star team in 2012 and 2014 and was named to the 2013-14 NBA All-Defensive Second Team.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has acquired forward Jared Dudley from Milwaukee in exchange for a protected future second round pick.
"Jared's versatility and shooting ability will give us depth at both forward positions and allow us to use him in a variety of lineups," said Grunfeld. "We are also looking forward to the leadership and veteran presence that he will bring both on the court."
Dudley (6-7, 225) holds career averages of 8.5 points and 3.4 rebounds while shooting .468 from the field and .396 from three-point range over eight-plus seasons with Charlotte, Phoenix, the Los Angeles Clippers, and Milwaukee. He has appeared in 595 career games while earning 212 starts. The 22nd overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft averaged 7.2 points and 3.1 rebounds with the Bucks last season.
During the 2014-15 campaign, Dudley shot .468 from the field and .385 from downtown in 72 games, including 22 starts, and hit .571 (8-14) from three-point range over six games in Milwaukee's first round series with Chicago during the 2015 NBA Playoffs. His best season came in 2011-12 when he averaged 12.7 points and 4.6 rebounds while shooting a career-high .485 from the floor in 65 games with Phoenix. Dudley was teammates with current Wizards center Marcin Gortat for two-plus seasons in Phoenix. In 29 career playoff games, he has averaged 5.9 points and 2.7 rebounds while shooting .449 from the floor and .456 from three-point range.

ATLANTA, GA—The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club has re-signed forward Paul Millsap, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations/Head Coach Mike Budenholzer. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not announced.
Millsap, 30, led the Hawks in scoring (16.7), rebounding (7.8), steals (1.8) and double-doubles (15). He also averaged 3.1 assists while shooting .476 from the field and .356 from three-point range, connecting on a career-best 77 three-pointers. He was named an All-Star for the second consecutive season with Atlanta and was one of just two players last season (along with Sacramento Kings All-Star DeMarcus Cousins) to average at least 16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals.
"Re-signing Paul was a priority for us. His toughness, versatility, high basketball IQ and unselfishness is representative of the culture we are building," Budenholzer said. "We are excited that he will remain a part of our family."
The 6-foot-8 forward signed his first contract with the Hawks on July 10, 2013 following seven seasons with the Utah Jazz. During his first season with the Hawks in 2013-14, he averaged a career-high 17.9 points on .461 shooting, 8.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.1 blocks in 33.5 minutes per game in 74 games (73 starts). He was named an All-Star for the first time in his career.
In his nine-year career, he has played in 687 games (411 starts) and has career averages of 13.5 points on .503 shooting and 7.3 rebounds.

The Los Angeles, CA-native was originally selected by Detroit with the 27th overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft following three seasons at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Lopez, 7-0, 255-pounds, averaged 9.6 points, on 53.5-percent shooting, 6.7 rebounds and 1.42 blocks over 27.8 minutes in 59 games (all starts) for Portland last season. Holding career averages of 8.2 points, on 53.2-percent shooting, 5.0 rebounds and 1.18 blocks over 21.2 minutes in 465 games over seven seasons with Phoenix, New Orleans and Portland, he set the Trail Blazers' single-season franchise record 326 offensive rebounds during 2013-14. The Fresno, CA-native was originally selected by Phoenix with the 15th overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft following his sophomore season at Stanford University.
Williams, 6-8, 241-pounds, averaged 8.3 points and 2.7 rebounds over 19.8 minutes in 74 games (six starts) for Sacramento last season. He holds career averages of 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 22.4 minutes in 296 games (92 starts) over four seasons with Minnesota and Sacramento. O'Quinn, 6-10, 240-pounds, was acquired, via sign-and-trade, from Orlando for the right to exchange 2019 second-round draft selections and cash considerations. The Queens, NY-native was originally selected by Orlando in the second round (49th overall) of the 2012 NBA Draft following four seasons at Norfolk State University. Neal (6-4, 210) holds career averages of 9.9 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists while shooting .381 from three-point range over 310 career games (including 29 starts), with San Antonio, Milwaukee, Charlotte and Minnesota. In 54 games with the Hornets and Timberwolves last season, he averaged 10.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists while shooting .305 from downtown. After being traded to Minnesota, Neal averaged 11.8 points and 3.2 rebounds while shooting .355 from long distance. The Baltimore native has shot .355 or better from three-point range in four of his five NBA seasons.
After going undrafted out of Towson, Neal played internationally in Spain, Italy and Turkey before making his NBA debut with San Antonio in 2010. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2011 after averaging 9.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting .419 from three-point range in 80 games with the Spurs. In 45 career playoff games with San Antonio and Charlotte, he has averaged 7.5 points and 2.0 rebounds while shooting .345 from behind the arc. The Brooklyn Nets have re-signed center Brook Lopez and forward Thaddeus Young to multi-year contracts, Nets General Manager Billy King announced today. Per team policy, terms of the agreements were not released.

Cory Joseph Signs With Raptors - 12:10 P.M., 9 July 2015
The Toronto Raptors announced Thursday they have signed free-agent guard Cory Joseph to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We have watched Cory grow as a player and see him as a great fit in our system," said Raptors President and General Manager Masai Ujiri. "He is another player with a defensive skill-set that will be an asset to our team."
The 6-foot-3, 185 pound native of Pickering, Ontario is the second Canadian-born player to join the Raptors (Jamaal Magloire, 2011-12).
Joseph averaged 6.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 18.3 minutes in a career-best 79 games (14 starts) with the San Antonio Spurs last season. He shot .504 (207-411) from the floor, .364 (16-44) from beyond the arc and .734 (105-143) from the foul line. He posted career bests in every statistical category.
In his 14 starts in the 2014-15 campaign, Joseph contributed 13.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 34.6 minutes. His career-high 20 points (8-9 FG, 1-1 3FG, 3-4 FT) came in a start at New Orleans on December 26.
Joseph has appeared in 204 career regular season games, all with the Spurs. He has averaged 5.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 14.9 minutes. He has seen action in 37 career playoff outings, averaging 2.9 points, 1.1 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 7.5 minutes. He was a member of the Spurs' 2014 NBA Championship team.
Joseph attended Pickering High School before moving to Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada for his junior and senior seasons. After one year at the University of Texas he was selected 29th overall by the Spurs in the 2011 NBA Draft. At Texas, he was named to the Big 12 All-Rookie Team and earned All-Big 12 Honourable Mention.

The Toronto Raptors announced Thursday they have signed free-agent forward DeMarre (Deh-MAHR-ay) Carroll to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We are thrilled with not only the skills but the intangibles DeMarre will bring to our team," said Raptors President and General Manager Masai Ujiri. "He is a hard-nosed player who plays with passion and commitment on both ends of the floor."
Carroll, 6-foot-8, 215 pounds, averaged a career-high 12.6 points, with 5.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 31.3 minutes in 70 contests (69 starts) last season with the Atlanta Hawks. He also posted career bests in field goal percentage (.487), three-point field goal percentage (.395), field goals made (318), three-point field goals made (120) and free throws made (127). He finished third in the NBA in steals-to-turnover ratio (1.25) and fourth in both two-point field goal percentage (.567, 198-349) and effective field goal percentage (.579).
Carroll, along with the four other starters on the Hawks, was named Eastern Conference Player of the Month for January. He averaged 12.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 31.5 minutes in 14 games. The Hawks posted the best calendar month in NBA history with a 17-0 record.
Carroll scored in double figures 55 times with a career-high 26 points (9-13 FG, 2-3 3FG, 6-6 FT) February 9 at Minnesota. He had 23 games with seven-or-more rebounds, including a career high-tying 12 rebounds March 18 at Golden State. He registered four steals on four occasions. In the 2015 postseason, Carroll averaged 14.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 34.9 minutes in 16 outings (16 starts). He shot .403 (29-72) from three-point range. He scored 20-or-more points in seven contests, including a stretch of six consecutive games (April 25 – May 5). He recorded a career postseason high of 25 points (9-14 FG, 3-5 3FG, 4-5 FT) in Game 6 at Washington. In 316 career regular season games (164 starts), Carroll has averaged 7.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 21.6 minutes. He has played with Memphis (2009-11), Houston (2010-11), Denver (2011-12), Utah (2011-13) and the Hawks (2013-15).
Carroll was drafted 27th overall by Memphis in the first-round of the 2009 NBA Draft. He split his college career between Vanderbilt and Missouri. He averaged 16.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 38 games during his senior season at Missouri.
Grizzlies Sign Wright To Multi-Year Deal - 10:20 A.M., 9 July 2015
Memphis, Tenn. – Memphis Grizzlies General Manager Chris Wallace announced today that the team has signed free agent forward/center Brandan Wright to a multi-year contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal are not disclosed.
Wright (6-10, 210) averaged 7.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.25 blocks in 19.3 minutes in 75 games (seven starts) for the Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns last season. He recorded 8.8 points on 74.8 percent shooting in 18.7 minutes in 27 games for the Mavericks to start the season before midseason trades from Dallas to Boston on Dec. 18 and from Boston to Phoenix on Jan. 9. The 27-year-old registered 3.11 blocks per 48 minutes last season, ranking 12th among players that qualified for the blocks per game leaderboard.
The eighth overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft from the University of North Carolina, Wright owns career averages of 7.1 points on 60.6 percent shooting, 3.7 rebounds and 1.01 blocks in 16.4 minutes in 360 games (54 starts) over seven seasons for Golden State, New Jersey, Dallas, Boston and Phoenix.
Along with DeAndre Jordan, Wright is one of two players in NBA history to convert over 1,000 field goals and maintain a career shooting percentage of at least 60 percent. His 67.7 percent mark in 2013-14 as a member of the Mavericks led all players with at least 100 field goal attempts.
In his lone collegiate season, Wright averaged 14.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.76 blocks in 37 games (all starts) for the University of North Carolina, earning 2007 Atlantic Coast Conference Rookie of the Year and All-ACC Second Team honors. He was recognized as the MVP of the ACC Tournament, becoming just the fifth freshman in conference history to win the award. His 64.6 field goal percentage led the conference and was the best ever by an ACC freshman.

The Portland Trail Blazers have also signed free agent forward Ed Davis, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey. Davis, 26, has career NBA averages of 7.2 points (55.6% FG, 56.6% FT), 6.3 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 1.01 blocked shots in five seasons with Toronto, Memphis and the Los Angeles Lakers. "Ed's ability to impact the game from both the center and power forward positions will provide us with the opportunity to utilize his length, athleticism and rim protection from multiple areas of the floor, said Olshey." Shooting a career-best 60.1% (282-for-469) from the field last season with the Lakers, Davis also set new career highs of 8.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.24 blocked shots in 79 games (24 starts). Davis was originally selected by Toronto with the 13th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft out of North Carolina. Davis (6-10, 240) will wear No. 17 for the Trail Blazers.
